Position Description
Corvia Consulting is a leading personal injury law firm consulting company that is dedicated to helping personal injury law firms grow. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist [Spanish] to be the first point of contact for one of our client firms. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed.The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the intake process, and a passion for helping others.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Call Management:
a) Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
b) Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs.
c) Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
2. Client Interaction:
a) Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures.
b) Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries.
c) Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases.
3. Multi-Tasking:
a) Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
b) Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone.
c) Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly.
4. Document Management:
a) Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
b) Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals.
c) Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data.
5. Administrative Support:
a) Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed.
b) Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.
c) Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus.
- Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor.
