Job Description:
As a lien reductions specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating medical and insurance liens related to personal injury claims. You’ll communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and legal teams in the U.S. to ensure fair lien resolutions and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review lien documents, medical bills, and case files to assess validity and negotiability
Initiate and manage communication with U.S.-based providers, collection agencies, and insurance companies
Draft and submit formal negotiation requests and counteroffers
Maintain detailed records in client management systems (CMS/CRM tools)
Meet reduction targets and deadlines for multiple ongoing cases
Collaborate with legal teams to provide timely updates and support final settlement disbursements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, U.S. legal standards, and company protocols
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lien negotiations, medical billing, U.S. legal support, or healthcare revenue cycle management
Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury process, insurance claims, and/or medical lien structures
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficient with MS Office, G-Suite, and CRM/case management platforms
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
Stable internet connection and professional work environment
