Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Legal Assistant to support our legal team with various administrative and client-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law or be eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Records Coordination

    • Request, track, and organize incoming medical records and bills

    • Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies

  • Data Entry

    • Accurately input and update case data into legal case management systems

  • Administrative Support

    • Draft and format correspondence and legal documents

    • Organize digital files and assist with case calendar management

  • Client Interaction

    • Respond to client inquiries in both English and Spanish

    • Provide timely updates and ensure client satisfaction

  • Other general legal assistant duties as needed


Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal

  • Experience: Legal assistant or administrative background preferred, especially in personal injury law

  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with case management software, Google Workspace, and online communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)

  • Attention to Detail: Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
