The Role: Personal Injury Operations Specialist
We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our Boca Raton-based team (in person). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can collaborate across departments with ease. You will serve as the operational bridge ensuring cases move efficiently through each phase of the personal injury process.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Department Coordination: Work with intake, case management, medical records, settlement, and finance teams to keep case progress aligned and on schedule.
Case Oversight: Monitor personal injury case statuses, identify bottlenecks or delays, and proactively drive resolution.
Account Management & Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, delivering timely reporting and updates on case progress.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the case pipeline and suggest process improvements that drive throughput and consistency.
Vendor & Provider Liaison: Communicate with third-party vendors—including medical providers, diagnostics, and lien companies—to ensure smooth case transitions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and present internal KPIs and operational metrics to promote accountability and performance across teams.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in personal injury law, legal operations, or case management
Deep understanding of personal injury workflows and terminology
Experience in fast-paced, collaborative legal environments
Proficiency in legal CRMs or case management platforms (e.g., Filevine, CASEpeer, Litify)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and reporting platforms
Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and solutions-focused
Must be able to work on-site daily in Boca Raton, Florida
