Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Team Member to join our personal injury department. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day case management process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with legal teams and clients, and ensuring that timelines are met and files stay organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with case file management, including intake, document collection, and data entry
Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items with clients, providers, and attorneys
Maintain communication logs and update case statuses in our system
Request and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure workflow efficiency
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
Prior experience in personal injury or legal operations is preferred but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management software (experience with platforms like Litify, Filevine, or Clio is a plus)
Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
